You say that I Found You?
Now... You know That's just not true.
You came to me from out of the blue.
You wouldn't take no for an answer.
You were persistant and stubborn as a bull
But now that it's over.. Looks like I was the fool.
Every night you said... "Come To Me
I Love You My Sweet Lady"
You wrote me love letters and sent nice pages.
You insisted it didn't matter about our ages.
You told me... "I Understand"
And I was your Lady of the Sea.
You whispered Love Sonnets in my ear.
While you filled my senses with desire.
In no time at all you set my soul on fire.
And now you have the nerve to say
That I came after you just to have a cyber love?
If all I wanted was a cyber love on line
Would I have left my home and those I love three times?
You never understood I had another life,
A history and family I couldn't leave behind.
You never saw how hard I tried to be
Everything that you expected out of me.
So now you talk about me
And tell your friends I'm evil too.
I'm sorry I had to leave you
But my love was always true.
You can tell the world
How many times I left you.
You can hate me and forget me too
But Darlin' I Never... Ever had to look for You..
In your heart you know it's true
I was always good to you.
And the truth will always be...

Once Lovers
Isn't it strange, so very strange
That one moment we are lovers?
And in the blink of an eye... we say
We cannot stand each other?
We vowed that we would stay together
For an eternity or more.
But that all changed... the tables turned
When you shoved me out the door.
Now I live in fear that you
Will come around this way
And chain my heart to yours
So that... A prisoner I'll stay.
